The Role of Unfinished Civilizations in Global Development

In the modern era, the countries, leading in social progress, have undoubtedly played an important role in the formation of contemporary civilization. Nevertheless, these are not the Western countries that created civilization. In different periods various peoples and countries have played a major role in this general process. In other words, the driving forces of social development are not only the contemporary leaders. Therefore, the role of civilizations that have not yet been completed along with the Western civilization should be considered in social development. In this article, the most appropriate ways of relationship between contemporary civilization and incomplete civilizations are analyzed.
