Three Premises of the New Paradigm

The author of the article – an outstanding scientist and public figure well-known around the world – analyzes the most pressing problems of modern social development, as well as the nature of human and his behavior in the global world. In this regard the author gives arguments, proving the existence of three premises of the new paradigm of historical development. The author gives the solution of this problem consistently answering three main questions: Where We Come From? Where We Are Headed? and Who We Are?
