Khan, M.

Member of University Grants Commission of Bangladesh and Professor, Department of Public Administration, University of Dhaka. He obtained his MPA from Syracuse University and MPA and Ph.D. in Public Administration from University of Southern California. He did his post-doctoral research at Cornell University and University of Texas at Austin. He has taught at universities in USA, Nigeria, Jordan and Bangladesh. He has published eighteen books and one hundred ninety articles in refereed journals at home and abroad. He has been a Member of Editorial board of several international journals. He was a Member of Bangladesh Public Service Commission.
