Nigerian Theologian in Residence for the Minneapolis Area Synod of the ELCA. Bitrus received Ph.D. in systematic theology from Luther Seminary St Paul, Minnesota. Prior to this, he was a lecturer at the Bronnum Lutheran Seminary Yola, Nigeria.
